This is a very difficult one to decide. The flower must be rather large for the bee to be either M. macularis or M. maculariformis, but the fore leg seems to be expanded. The colour of the hair on the face and tail is more orange than expected for macularis and paler than most maculariformis, which might be explained by either pollen staining or fading. On balance, macularis is probably the best guess.
