Message from the property owner following in quotes. She is wondering if it is Arbuscular mycorrhiz, which she is learning about. "I found this on 17 January this year among our basalt soil plantation of still small native tree seedlings on our West Peak Creek? I don't really know what fungi spores look like, but I wondered what else they could be... although the soil was still a little damp at the time, there were no droplets of water about.
