Clusters of roughly 5 rows of eggs (?) with white hairs combing out of them. All are on the younger stems of eucalyptus.

@Hejor1 I don't think this is beetle related. I also photographed this back in November but haven't posted yet as I'm not sure what to put it under. Actually thought it might be more fungal than eggs - but...

It looks insect-related, perhaps incisions cut by an egg-laying female hemipteran of some kind. You could collect a sample of the twig, stand it in a jar of water (like cut flowers) and check it regularly to see if anything comes out. Insect hatchlings tend to be small, but a larva is easier to identify than the absent maker of an incision.
