Didn't get a chance to see its face to see if it had a mask and only got this one photo. Hylaeus amiculinus or H. primulipictus?

It is not H. amiculinus because there is a gap in the yellow "collar". I have chosen H. bituberculatus because there is no yellow on the legs.
