GPSed. Estimate length 8-10mm. Seems to look more like a wasp than a bee? This was an incidental sighting as the spider was my original subject of interest and the only thing I only noticed in the very windy and photography unfriendly conditions at the time.

Looks like a spider wasp from the wing venation. Sometimes the spider wins the battle
