Probably, Cormac. Possibly L. sphecodoides.

I'm pretty sure he is an unnamed species of Hylaeus (Prosopisteron) that is nearly always found on Wahlenbergia. The first two images show fairly clear white face marks and I think there is enough evidence that the forewing has only two submarginal cells.
