Tiny moth feeding on a Billy button species. Beautiful, gossamer wings with brown markings. Striking green eyes.

Asthenoptycha iriodes? But if it had transparent wings then the only moths with transparent wings, Sesiidae would all be too big to fit the insect in this photo, so it was possibly a fly or bee.
