The yellowishwhite flash along costa in the black I can't see on other Hemibela (genus). Haven't found a better match though. Heteroteucha (genus)?

Yes, I think you are correct. The distinctive shape of boundary of the black thorax with the yellow forewing seems to match perfectly with examples of this species on the ALA (Matt Campbell)
