How lovely ! its either Utricularia australis or Utricularia gibba: and based on distribution, its likely to be U. australis as U. gibba seems to be more along the coastal strip. Either way, its rather special, especially to have such a sward.

it would be nice to confirm it as U. australis with some close-ups.
Individual flowers and their peduncle: ideally, we need to be able to see if the outside of the corolla is glabrous or pubescent; and if the peduncle has scales or not.

Have these just popped up this year ?

I have checked these plants and they are Utricularia gibba: they have a large upper lamina (which U. australis does not), and they have a spur that projects beyond the lower lamina (which U. australis does not).
