All the Eretmocera on BOLD seem to have yellow spots.

Yes. This is a local undescfibed species we are seeing here in Canberra region.
Glenn Cocking has advised that the local Eretmocera (genus) in the ACT (several species) are superficially similar to E. dioctis (black and white) from Queensland.

This example, assuming I've coreectly ídentified' it , is much better marked and apparently fresher than the othr exmples. See here:-
