I suspect that this may be L. (Chilalictus) clelandi, which is a fairly common species, but can't be sure from the images.

For many Lasioglossum (Chilalictus) it can't be done. Many species are identified by flanges and ridges on the end of the thorax that are difficult to see even with a microscope and a specimen that can be manoeuvered to the appropriate angle.
