This is a lovely picture, particularly the flower's anthers caught in the act of depositing their pollen. The bee is clearly a female Megachile, but I would have expected the white bands to be wider if she was M. macularis. An estimate of size might help as M. serricauda is much smaller than M. macularis. What is the flower?
