I think the dark L mark is to small and distorted, and the antemedial line too serrated, and the overall colour too uniformly grey, for Thoracolopha. Bit far south, but I think a better forewing patten match is Tolpia conscitulana, although the forewing costal curvature is awry.
I do not think T. consctitulana has a similar shape to this moth which seems to me to be typical Proteuxoa/Thoracolopha shape and markings. Clear dark crescent mark present here. Also I think the head shape and antennae bases don't match Tolpia (genus) which seems to be predominatly tropical in distribution.
