I have never seen this weed before. It has me stumped. It definitely looks like a brassica. I've scanned the internet for similar weeds, and the only thing I can find that is similar is a photo of cultiver "Brassica oleracea var. capitata" on Flickr which is hardly a good place to find a plant ID.
