GPSed. Grazed down by sheep in April. This sighting is of the same plants and at the same location as sighting 4523299 taken just over a month later in May 2023.

Thanks Jane & T'lord. Guess have to leave it at unidentified for the time being. Hopefully I can get around to following up this and burgeoning list of other unidentified plants at this site next time I visit.

@Tapirlord and @JaneR - see sighting 4523299 of same plants about a month later after they had grown more and better close pics of leaf detail - Mike M had originally confirmed it a L. longifolia but then in a subsequent comment agreed it was C. appressa hence me changing this sighting back to C. appressa.
