This wasp hatched from a cocoon which formed near a Urabu lugens that was collected from Diddams Close Park on 25 Sep 2022. ( See https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4445941 )

Hi Birdy, do you still have this wasp? If you could get a clearer photo of the veins on the wing that might help to make sure this is Cotesia rather than another Microgastrine wasp

@SimoneC I've added a picture of the veins and p.s. the date on that image is wrong, it was just set that way on the microscope.
