Pretty sure this is L. angustifolia (English Lavender) or similar rather than L. stoechas here

Mmmmm, it isn't L.angustifolia I don't think, the infloresence structure is quite different in that species. I it isn't L.stoechas (which would be what I would tend to call all lavadula), that it will be L.dentata with pinnate leaves.

L.dentata isn't in the list, i'll add it in a bit. But that should be the ID I think, a first for the ACT if you can call this naturalised.
