I have added a photo showing an opened seed pod and seeds. This year the pods were small, about 90mm; usually they are twice the size with correspondingly more seeds. The seeds are 7mm long with 40mm hairs that carry the seeds on the wind. Most sightings have been from Red Hill, through Isaacs Ridge to Wanniassa Hill. It is listed as a low priority weed in the ACT but it would be a good idea to remove it if you find it. I thought I had it under control but missed this year.
