New location for this nationally vulnerable species, extending the known northern extent of the ACT population. Also this is the earliest recorded occurrence of an adult butterfly within a season recorded in the ACT

Yep, saw them today along the track at 3 different but close together spots - one spot on the way in this morning and the other spots on the return walk. Two - three butterflies at each spot. It was a super day with that part of the track in sun, no wind.
