Sorry. It's not a great photo. The leaves in the lower right corner are probably the best. Could it possibly be Cheilanthes austrotenuifolia?

Oh the photos are aren't the issue, its just the plant itself is a bit scraggly. I don't think it's Cheilanthes austrotenuifolia, which tends to be "leafier" and prefer wetter habitat, if you've found it in expose grassland it'll be Cheilanthes sieberi.
