The length and uniformity of the hairs suggests Arctiini, but the pattern of pale spots front and aft and along the sides is unfamiliar, and unlike that in the published photo of an Aloa marginata larva, so maybe a different instar of that species, but more probably one of the 21 Arctiini species with no published larval pictures. Hope you can rear one to the adult moth.
