These are different fungi. The speckled brown & white one is Macrolepiota clelandii. What does the underside of the cap of the other one look like?

My apologies, they were very close together and I thought one was a further developed one than the other. I could not get underneath the other one to look. I was afraid I would break it. Will try better next time!
