@MichaelMulvaney it was on a melaleuca and about 1.5m off the ground. The silk is olive green around the pillow transitioning to white on the outside. It was firmly attached to a small branch with a few silk tethers coming from it. The whole bundle was maybe 5cm protecting the 1cm pillow.

The hatchlings are so small my macro camera had trouble capturing them. They don’t look like they have legs and I can’t tell top from tail.

So is this a spider egg sac? If so it probably should be edited and put under spiders.
