Don't think so, but looked likely. Central dark line on thorax seems to be a double line in B. radosella.

The eyes appear large in relation to the size pf the head. Of the two Ubida sp. I see on line U. holomochla seems to have large eyes as in this specimen, but its a tropical species (Brisbane and points north. However, U.ramostriellus has the wider and more southen distribution, But its eyes appear smaller and I'm not sure it matches well enough.

It is tiny for a moth. Most other orders hold their antennae forward, Orthoptera?
