This gall (?) appears to be on a species of Eucalyptus. Uromycladium is only known to occur on some species of Acacia, Falcataria, Racosperma and Paraserianthes. See Doungsa-ard, C., McTaggart, A. R., Geering, A. D. W. and Shivas, R. G. (2018) Persoonia 40, pp. 221-238.
