A worm/caterpillar out and about in the early evening.

I cannot see the two pairs of dorsal warts on each segment which many Pyraloid larvae have. I need to see the legs. With no lateral view I cannot tell what insect order this larvae is from. I suspect from the contrasting terminal segment it is a Sawfly larva.
