This specimen seems to have a lot of dark forewing markings that P. philostaura does not usually have, and doesn't have markings such as the forewing submarginal dotted arc, usually seen on P. philostaura. There are a number of other species with similar variable markings like P. orescoa, Endrosis sarcitrella, Barea exarcha. It is not even clear if this specimen has a pale head, or the the apparent pale head is an artifact of the illumination. I think the photos in this sighting are just not clear enough to make a determination of the species.
