2nd thoughts: not sure there are upturned palps. Maybe a hairy head. Too blurred to be sure. Maybe Lindera tessellatella ?

Just let me know if you need better definition of anything in the future. I downsize any photos so it isn't a burden on my internet connection but can generally get focus on a part of the animal and just send that.
