I'm pretty confident this isn't Vittadinia. It looks like perhaps a couple of deformed or grazed species growing together. The taller plants may be Erigeron (fleabane) and the low sprawling one perhaps an Erodium though there isn't much detail here.

Agree with Luke, looks to me like Erigeron & possibly erodium. Probably best as inconclusive?
