User's notes
Flower heads at various stages i.e. from closed (about to open) to partly open. Strip 4m x 1m, scattered plant clusters (various size) and individual plants. South end, mid slope, above largest scrape. Rocky basaltic soil. MGD mostly in band of more sparsely vegetated exposed substrate of stones and small rocks along slope contour amongst surrounding densely grassed areas.
