single plant, domestic garden, beneath large local eucalyptus. had planted a grevillea rooted cutting here 2 years ago, top growth died, had initially assumed plant was regrowth (about 1 year ago) from the root. single small flower found, almost completely hidden by the foliage.

Flower does not look like a pea flower (see photo 4). Stems & foliage are soft and flexible.

Checked again, foliage has distinct smell. Now believe it to be Coleonema pulchellum (there are some growing within 15m), in which case I'll replace it with a local plant. The "flower" is not at all like a normal diosma flower.
