Possibly a lightly marked Philobota physaula, but I'm not sure. That species has been recorded from near Melbourne (ALA, iNaturalis, Bold Systems) but I have seen no other records online of that species from NSW or the ACT.

Perhaps, but that moth has no light examples on the ALA and I think the palps are significantly different.
