Good suggestions @Birdy definitely a Hyptiogastrinae (Hyptiogaster or Pseudofoenus) I think rather than a Gasteruption. Most likely Pseudofoenus. I suspect the existing sightings we have of Hyptiogaster are actually Pseudofoenus- but the various descriptions and keys seem a bit contradictory in places
