No, not now it is flowering. I had trouble matching it up with anything this time. S. phellius wasn't on my list to check but it certainly seems like a pretty good match.
For what it's worth, there is quite a lot of it in the general vicinity of this sighting. I've been keeping an eye on it until it flowered to get a better shot at the ID.
