The top of the column, the post-anther lobe for T. ixioides has 2-4 rows of short dark finger-like glands whereas T. juncifolia is similar with fewer rows and the glands longer, irregularly spaced. I am assuming these and the nearby one without spots are the same species. My first impression because of the appearance of the glands was T. juncifolia but the apparent larger size and absence of spots may favour T. ixioides. Knowing if the leaf was ribbed or not could help. T. ixioides is not a species found in the ACT but they are not too far into NSW. It would normally be a bit late for T. ixioides but everything is late this year.

I will confirm this as T. ixioides but not completely confident. It is a small flower of c. 28 mm across.
