No this is a hybrid form from T. juncifolia and one of the T. pauciflora complex. Because as I understand it this also covers hybrids from T. ixioides and T. pauciflora complex with slightly different results. These do look remarkably like T. simulata.
The key features are the yellow band of the post-anther lobe is more extensive to that of T. simulata and more closed over plus you will also see the labellum also has spots on it unlike T. simulata. I suspect hybrids of T. juncifolia may have labellum spots and those of T. ixioides may not. You will see a reasonable example of this same hybrid as T. x truncata in the Jones 2008 ACT Field Guide and an example of the hybrid in Jones 2021 under the same species name. I think the differences displayed are noticeable.
