I think it is too dark for P. celidotus. I think it might even be Platyptilia isodactylus.

Markings seem reasonably consistent with P. isodactylus although iNaturalist shows this moth occuring in Tasmnaia, Victoria and mainly New Zealand. Bold Sytems does not show records of P, isodactylus in the ACT.
