Definitely, it was black sally grassy woodland, with much of the vegetation being Poa, clustered everlasting, alpine Swan greenhood and sheeps burrs

Thanks Matt.. Intersting, because sheeps Burr, Acaena sp., is one of the food palnts recorded for Keyacris, although my own view is that they are polyphagous.

Today I drove out along the Yaouk Road from Shannons Flat and stopped at a number of likely looking habitat patches for Keyacris but did not see any, although I missed the access road to your site as shown on the above map. Can you provide any details of how I get to this area as I assume its on private property.
