Thanks Owen. I didn't initially ID it as L. boeticus because it had only one very short tail. Can you tell if it is it a male or female?

Hi Andy, Your butterfly is showing a bit of wear and the tails have just worn off. Unfortunately not able to help with gender without seeing an upperside image. Undersides are similar in both sexes.
