Looks like Cerastium but unsure

It's definitely a Cerastium, either C. glomeratum (I think most likely) or C. vulgare. The main diagnostic character is whether the hairs on the sepals project past the sepal apex (C. glomeratum) or not (C. vulgare); I can't tell from the photo.
