User's notes

Yes, this sprang up all by itself in my front garden. It is a bountiful spot - last year quite a lot of Cyperus sanguinolentus and Lythrum hyssopifolia sprang up in a less well drained spot a couple of meters away down the slope. That spot is a natural seep that runs off and on during wet years like this one (eg 2016 and 2021). Quite a treat to have an orchid though.
