User's notes
Record submitted through Upper Murrumbidgee Waterwatch Platy and Ratty Portal. Observer notes: It very briefly emerged from the water on some shallow logs and sticks before surfacing again under the main bridge on Jerrabomberra Creek. It was raining and getting dark so photography was difficult.
