User's notes

This is the same animal as https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4441997. We have taken it into protective custody after finding it on the same rock as on our previous visits. It initially retreated when we first moved it, but then partially emerged from its stick house and started moving around. It has been very busily exploring its new environment, using silk tethers to stop it from falling when it loses balance. It seems our previous sighting of this creature shows its rear end but these photos show its head end, which was the end attached to the rock. (We don't know exactly what it eats but have it in a container with various Eucalyptus leaves and twigs and a smaller version of the rock it was attached to. Any advice would be appreciated.)
