Not Bombycoidea, Noctuoidea, Geometricoidea, etc : too small. Not Gelichioidea : no obvious upturned palps. Not Tortricoidea : diagonal stripes wrong direction. Not Tineoidea : no scale tuft on head.

Added some more photos. Also, unsure about the size, I actually think it was 12 - 25 mm.

I think it is a Tortricid moth, similar to Cydia pomonella but probably not it.

The bands on C. pomonella are perpendicular to the hind margin. Maybe Grapholita?
