Fungi approx 20mm high growing in grass.

The photo of the underside isn't clear enough to see if there is a glutinous layer along the gill edge. However, the bright yellow colour athroughout nd the gelatinous coating to stem and cap make Hygrocybe chromolimonea highly plausibe as an ID.
