User's notes

I collected a number of green catepillar larvae but didn't realise they were different and only posted the photos of the one with black spots (Collected a number of larvae but didn't realise they were different and only posted the photos of this one. The moth has emerged on 22 April 2022 and I have added photos of the moth. Two days later two other moths emerged and they are of a different species. Will post separately.) The moth looks like Crocidolomia pavonana. Did the larvae look like those at http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/ever/pavonana.html ?

Thanks Don, Iain, I'm not sure the larvae looked like that on the Butterfly House website (but I could be wrong) however, the moth does look the same. A pity I delted the photos of the larvae as I didn't think they were very good compared with the photos of the larvae with the black spots.
