Very intersring case moth structure. On Lepidoptera Butterfly House looks most similar to a couple of undetermined case moth species , eg. 'Undetermined species AK'. Can it be cpatured and reared to adult?

Like finding a needle in a haystack I'm afraid. I was weeding Saffron Thistle in a very large paddock when I saw it.
