ID corrected from Abutilon grandifolium to Abutilon oxycarpum, as per advice of @danielmcnair Quote from Daniel Mcnair: Message Hi, I noticed there is a native plant sighting hosted from your site to GBIF that is incorrectly identified as an invasive species: https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/3781265152. This is not Abutilon grandifolium but rather (mostly likely) Abutilon oxycarpum. I specialize in this genus and have reviewed thousands of records worldwide. Even though I signed up for a login to your site, I could not figure out to help annotate this record. Thanks for your help.
Reading my comments back--it sounds like I'm being snarky old botanist--hope it doesn't come across that way! Abutilon oxycarpum (https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=7279119) is my best guess (though I'm more familiar with the American species). A grandifolium, originally from South America, is in fact showing up around the globe and there are several populations established in Australia, so it is a good one to look out for.
Seems it might only be on the south coast platform rather than here: https://southcoast-nsw.naturemapr.org/species/25 and https://southcoast-nsw.naturemapr.org/species/24. But both show up on the dropdown menu
Thanks Michael. Was uploading some stuff on the coast NM and found it there. Also duplicates of Tetragonia tetragonioides if you have the time to merge too
