Two spiders in the same web. The enlarged pedipalps on the black one suggest it is a male. Could the brown one be a female of the same species?

@CathB the lighter coloured one strikes me as Tetragnathidae rather than a female Argyrodes sp.
But without better photos I couldn't confirm though. The male is an Argyrodes sp. Likely even Argyrodes alannae.
