We see that this species is apparently quite variable in appaearence. Few examples on the ALA seem to have a dark head AND thorax. Palps don''t seem to be in evidence here and there is no thin black line along the full length of the costa, nor does there appear to be a a second diffuse dark line on the forewing as many BOLDspecimens show. No examples on BOLD show a hind wing as dark as this.

Assuming it's palpi are hidden, it's probably a Philobota. Confirming Ian's comment, I haven't seen a P. productella with such dark hindwings.
